Latin. More expressive with less words. Declension handles so many little issues with meaning.

Less expressive, too. I’m glad that in English it’s possible “to boldly go…”.

I happen to know that my mother, Rowen’s grandmother, doesn’t read her blog. She has a computer, but calls me to place orders for Amazon, rather than firing it up.

I think you’re part of the cusp generation where it’s a coin toss whether your grandma reads your blog. My mom reads mine and my brother’s and my niece’s.

In the future all grandmas will read their grandkids’ blogs.
